What happens when I start?
Create an account and add your website. AltoRank analyses your site and helps you build a content plan and initial drafts. Setup starts without a card. A paid plan is required to approve and publish through the hosted app.
How does the free trial work?
Hosted plans have a seven-day trial with a card. After the trial, Managed is €69 a month and Agency is €199 a month on monthly billing, plus applicable VAT. You can cancel from Billing before the trial ends. Self-hosting has no subscription fee; you pay your own infrastructure and API costs.
Will it publish without me reviewing the article?
You can review and approve articles yourself. Optional automatic approval uses rules you deliberately enable for a workspace, with checks and a hold window. Connecting a website alone does not turn on automatic publishing.
Can I connect my existing website?
CMS connections are currently set up with our help, and availability depends on your platform. Tell us your CMS so we can confirm the publishing path before you rely on it. You can also export your content as HTML or Markdown.
Does it guarantee Google rankings or AI citations?
No. AltoRank helps you research topics, prepare content and check technical readability. Connected analytics and AI visibility checks help you observe results. Rankings, citations and traffic depend on many factors beyond the software.
Can I use it for several clients?
Yes. Each workspace keeps a site’s content, voice and connections together. Managed includes up to three workspaces; Agency includes unlimited workspaces and 400 articles per month. White-label reports help you share progress with clients.
